Return policy

All garments sold are non-refundable unless stated.

For any exchanges due to item received wrongly, kindly return your purchases to us in 10 days from the date of delivery with the label tag intact and in good condition.

In any circumstances, Kittie Yiyi reserves the right to reject any exchanges if the garments were damaged due to poor handling by customers.

Customers are responsible for their own freight charges for the return of garments.
